16 weeks and 131 beers later

Like many sports fans, I am a very superstitious person. Here is my official disclaimer. The following comments were typed whilst simultaneously knocking on wood, throwing salt over my right shoulder and wearing my hat inside out.
16 weeks, that’s how long I’ve waited to write something about the sports phenomena this year known as the New England Patriots (14-2).
This year may have been one of the most exciting seasons to be a Patriots fan. There have been many moments where I didn’t leave the edge of my seat for a whole game. Going punch for punch with some good teams.
Winning home field advantage thought the playoff’s was a HUGE accomplishment. I am hoping for a Conference Championship game filled with 3 foot drifts of snow and also including the Patriots. Not many NFL teams can handle exorbitant weather like the Patriots have in the past.
I will be watching intently today to figure out who the Patriots will be playing next week. And I can tell you exactly where I will be next Saturday at 8:00pm

One of my roomates is a Huge eagels fan and he has been saying the same thing. I feel a Eagles choke coming on this weekend against the NFL powerhouse known as the Carolina Panthers.
They [the Eagles] almost gave it up last weekend.
The choke has to stop! They have killed my 3 years in a row by blowing it in the NFC champ game. Let's go to Houston E-A-G-L-E-S!!
