The final gun has sounded on the Belechick/Weis/Crennel show and it has been quite a fantastic voyage as the Patriots bested the fan favorite Philadelphia Eagles in Superbowl XXXIX. The good news is that I believe that the winning isn’t even close to being over.

In classic Patriots style the margin of victory was slim, causing yet another photo finish when McNabb hit his favorite receiver for the 2nd time of the game, but unfortunately for the Eagles Rodney Harrison isn’t on their official roster.

T.O. defiantly proved me wrong as he was much more of a factor than I expected and he needs to receive credit for what he did.

I was asked during the game a few times why I wasn’t pissing my pants worried when the Eagles hopped out to an early lead and then again later when the Patriots were only winning by a few points.

“Don’t panic, they will pull it off. The Pats win close games, that’s all they do.”
